1. Service
SiteSafe is a software-as-a-service platform that helps subcontractors track worker compliance documents, run site readiness checks, and produce audit-ready files. Access is provided to organisations that have an active subscription or that we have invited to a demo.
2. Your account
- You must keep your login credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Notify us immediately at security@sitesafe.co.za if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to upload unlawful content, attempt to bypass access controls, reverse-engineer the platform, or use it to compete with us. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details.
4. Your data
You retain ownership of all data you upload. We process it solely to provide the service, in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable South African law.
5. Service availability
We aim for 99.5% monthly uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance windows. We will publish status updates for any unplanned outages and notify affected administrators by email.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement on 30 days' notice. We may suspend an account immediately for material breach, abuse, or non-payment.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, SiteSafe's total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Johannesburg.
